My name is Kate and I am a preschool teacher with a background in ABA therapy. I received my registered behavioral technician certification and am currently working on my 200 hour yoga certificate, trauma certificate and yoga therapy for anxiety certification.

I focus a lot on self reflection in language and through activities, as well as mediation and asanas(pose flow). Ultimately the goal is the help guide you until you have practiced the tools to become less reactionary and be able to stop in the present moment and respond truthfully.
