About Nkululeko
I am a master's student in Critical Diversity Studies at the University of the Witwatersrand. I have experience tutoring English and Media studies at the same university, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Media and Film Studies, as well as my Honours in Media Studies. I have generally received great feedback from students during my tutoring years. I have been told I inspire confidence in students, facilitate topics well, and have improved the marks of the students I teach.

My teaching method usually involves introducing the key requirements and background of the course. This is followed by asking the students what they would like to achieve in the class, then facilitating the course around their needs. I then develop a visually stimulating, yet concise presentation of the study material for students to use for each class, then allow students to reflect on what works for them and what they need help with in the class and for future classes. My approach is: find out what are the student's educational needs and then help them achieve their needs and goals.
