About Ruth

Hi! My name is Ruth, and I’m passionate about understanding people, culture, and society, which is why I love Sociology. I studied Sociology, as part of my degree, and I enjoy helping others see how it connects to everyday life. Over time, I’ve realized that many students struggle with Sociology because the theories feel abstract or “too academic.” My goal is to change that. I break concepts down into simple, practical examples so you can not only pass your exams but also see the world differently.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed to make Sociology clear, engaging, and easy to understand — whether you’re in high school, university, or just curious about how society works. Together, we’ll break down complex theories, research methods, and case studies into simple, real-life examples you can relate to.
