Yoga has been taking me on a big journey giving me tools to build the courage to explore and connect with myself. Even when sometimes to do tis not easy take this journey I would love to share with others this amazing gift.

60 minutes of mindfulness, breathing and meditation exercises exploring compassion, connection, kindness, and joy on your body.
The lesson will be develop on zoom so you will need set up an appropriate safe place for the practise and a yoga mat.
