About Anushtha
I'm a college student and pursuing B.A. I participated as well as represented my school Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in regional and state level Yoga competitions and awarded for same. My aim is to pay back to the society. I am aiming for being a yoga teacher. I have acquired my knowledge in yoga specially Asanas. Apart from my aim, I will get an experience and exposure to learn and teach with the students. I want to grow together with my students.

I'm a student. I give classes to school children and adults physically. I believe in learning than teaching. I am focusing on growing together with yoga. My aim is " Yoga for All". I'm capable to give yoga classes online also. I want to learn with school children, college and adult because they are in great need of it. They are prone to online mode schooling as well video games. they are suffering from mental issues as well as obesity. My class structure will be informative, interactive with practical learning. I could work with strength of 20 at a time.
