About Dolly
I'm DR Padmashree (better known as Dolly Yoga on various platforms).
I DON'T give free trial (unable to edit the ad). Trial class charge is Rs 999/- for 45mins session.
I am a consultant/teacher in Yoga/Pranayama/meditation since 2010 years. I teach all forms of yoga. I have trained many corporate companies like GE, Visa, Infosys, Arvind Brands and many more. Also conducted workshops for many NGO's and smaller groups. I conduct regular online classes for both foreign and indian clients via Whatsapp/skype/Zoom/Meet/Teams.
I have been teaching online all over the world since 2014.
I design customize course for people based on their need like weight loss, strength training, flexibility, stress, back issues/ slipped disc/ diabetes/ thyroid / asthma etc .
I also specialize in prenatal and postnatal yoga. I have successfully trained women for normal delivery.
