About Jenna
Hi, my name is Jen and I am 24 years old.
I started practicing yoga when I was 16 - sporadically (like most of us start off). I got a little more committed every year and ended up doing my yoga teacher training with the goal of improving my practice though discovering a passion for teaching and sharing it with more people. Since I got my certification I have been teaching: live and online in Spanish, German and English, developing a big sense of gratitude and joy seeing the improvement of all yogis.
I am here to use the great technology we have to overcome geographical limitations and be able to assist you in the comfort of your home from wherever I am.
As yoga has changed my life and improved my (mental and physical) health, I hope to be able to assist you on your journey.

Hey there,
I am a certified yoga teacher and have been practicing for 8 and teaching for over 3 years.
You're looking to get flexible, strong and enjoy some heat in your body? Let's have a vinyasa flow.
You're in need for some relaxation, calming the nerves and wanting to get more flexible? Enjoy a soothing yin yoga flow.
Sessions are usually 60min, 90min possible if requested.
Injuries, goals, age and level are considered and prioritized as I want you to enjoy a personalized flow.
You are new to yoga? You have practiced sporadically but can't commit to classes (for whatever reason)? Need a little push to keep it up? I got you ;)
