My class is influenced by many movement techniques, creating a blend of yoga stretching to loosen up, cardio workouts to get the heart rate going and free movement play with prompts such as "imagine you have a pin ball in your body, now move it around from one body part to the next and while doing this start to find new pathways to connect different body parts". This prompts the use of imagination, free play and the ability to do a task but explore it in your own way. This leads to a free mind and free body practice. This class is open to all levels, come explore and learn how to get move fluid in your body while staying active and creative
