- Begin classes with a warmup (cardio/stretching), barre work (ballet) or floor work (jazz/contemporary) and move into more advanced center combinations
- Balanchine and Cecchetti Ballet and pointe technique
- Ailey Contemporary training
- Can teach ballet variations, contemporary and jazz combinations and cleaning technique from choreography, improve improvisation and movement skills
