About Arindam
Two years ago I could not stand for more
than 10 minutes without exhaustion. I was
completely out of shape, had no knowledge
of training or nutrition, and had never
stepped inside a gym seriously.
In 4 months of consistent, intelligent
training I transformed my body and my
health completely. That transformation
taught me more about fitness than any
certification ever could — because I
learned every principle by applying it
to myself, tracking results, adjusting
nutrition, and pushing through every
obstacle personally.
For the past 2 years I have trained
consistently without breaks — studying
progressive overload, body composition,
calorie and macronutrient management,
HIIT programming, and recovery science.
I calculate and adjust my own nutrition
with the same analytical precision I
apply to mathematics and computation
research.
That combination — analytical thinking
plus real transformation experience —
is what makes my approach different
from every other trainer. I do not just
tell you what to do. I explain exactly
why each decision works, help you
understand your own body, and build
a system that produces results that last.
I know what it feels like to start from
zero. That is exactly why I can guide
someone else through the same journey
more effectively than someone who was
always fit.

My classes are built around one core principle —
transformation through consistency and
intelligent programming, not suffering
through random workouts.
I structure every session around three
foundations: progressive overload for
strength and muscle building, nutritional
understanding for body composition, and
mental discipline for long-term consistency.
Each student gets a personalized approach
based on their current fitness level,
goals, and lifestyle.
A typical coaching session covers:
- Assessment of current fitness level
and goal setting
- Customized workout programming with
proper exercise selection and progression
- Nutrition guidance — calorie calculation,
macronutrient balance, and practical
meal planning for Indian diets
- Form correction and injury prevention
- Mental strategies for staying consistent
when motivation disappears
I cover strength training, bodybuilding,
HIIT, fat loss, muscle building, and
complete nutrition planning. I calculate
and adjust calories and macros based on
individual body composition goals.
Classes are suitable for:
