About Sulakshana
I am a Diploma-Certified Yoga Instructor, certified by Yoga Vidya Gurukul, Nashik, with a strong passion for promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. My teaching combines traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, and Pranayama techniques with modern wellness approaches to offer a holistic and personalized yoga experience. I have experience teaching students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, focusing on flexibility, strength, stress relief, and mindfulness. My goal is to create a supportive and enriching environment where students feel empowered to enhance their overall health and well-being through yoga and meditation.

As a Diploma-Certified Yoga Instructor, I offer personalized online yoga and meditation classes designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. My approach focuses on flexibility, weight loss, stress relief, and overall wellness through a combination of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Pranayama techniques.
Each session follows a structured format, starting with breathing exercises (Pranayama), followed by asanas (postures) tailored to individual needs, and ending with guided meditation for relaxation and mindfulness.
