About Trisha
Option 1: Focus on your why*
Yoga transformed how I handle stress, my body, and my mind. I teach because I want to share that same sense of strength and calm with you. My goal is to make yoga simple, accessible, and rewarding for everyone who steps on the mat.
Option 2: Focus on helping students*
I started yoga to find balance, and stayed because it changed my life. Now I teach to help others discover their own strength, flexibility, and peace. Whether you’re brand new or returning, I’ll guide you step by step.
Option 3: Short + direct, ∼40 words*
I began yoga seeking balance and found so much more — strength, clarity, and calm. I teach to make yoga accessible for everyone. My classes help you build confidence on the mat so you can carry that peace into daily life.
