I am a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering. I teach Yogasanas and pranayama in schools. I also teach Ethics from scriptures (Ramayana, Mahabharata, Srimad Bhagavatam, Bhagavad gita, etc).

My classes include theoretical section, explaining the basics of the asana and its benefits, my demonstration, followed by relevant videos. Then I will ask the students to start practicing step by step. I will guide them through the steps. Periodical evaluation will also be done - if the students are ok with it.
