About David
I meditate to receive God's love, peace, healing, and inspiration. Psychologists, philosophers, theologians, etc. say our deepest human yearning is for a personal relationship with a loving higher power, with our loving God. In meditation we can receive God's love, peace, etc. I'm a former Jesuit priest. I teach mainly from St. Ignatius Loyola's "Spiritual Exercises," a guide to meditation, discernment of spirits, etc. Only in God's Love are our souls at rest. Rest in God's loving arms through quiet meditation.

First, I listen to you. Attentively, with respect. What are you seeking? I am understanding, non-judgmental, and I care about you. You may want to share some of your story, or your concerns. Lessons will address your goals. I offer to accompany you in your quest. I teach types of meditation, on Bible readings, hymns, nature, art or anything that can connect you with God. I draw mainly from St. Ignatius Loyola's Spiritual Exercises, for meditations, discernment of spirits, the Ignatian Examen, etc. And wisdom from masters of the spiritual life: St. Thérèse of Lisieux, Mother Teresa, Rev. Jacques Philippe, etc.
