About Anastasia
I have been practicing yoga since my childhood. During my adolescence in San Francisco Recently I took the decision to "formalize" my knowledge with a diploma I obtained at the Sadhana Spirit School of Yoga in Barcelona, a school certified by the International Yoga Alliance the most recognized in the world of Yoga). I taught during our numerous trainings at school but also home courses and group classes (especially outside - beach park etc).

Hello! I teach several disciplines of Yoga adapted to what you are looking for (dynamic / relaxing / beginner or advanced). We could also talk about the yoga philosophy: meditation, ayurvedic diet and many other solutions that give access to well-being and sentimental balance. I look forward to meeting you to share my knowledge with you. -Anastasia

Anastasia m'apprend le yoga d'une manière très douce, le plus qui est appréciable sont les points qu'elle réalise sur la philosophie ou la nutrition !
