About Amira
My interest in economics started with curiosity about how decisions affect resources and outcomes in daily life. This led me to complete a Master’s in Economics, where I developed strong analytical and reasoning skills. Over the past 8 years, I have guided students from different levels, helping them understand economics in a simple and clear way. My experience has helped me adapt my teaching style to meet different learning needs.
I believe that economics should be taught in a practical and relatable way. My teaching approach focuses on simplifying concepts into smaller parts using examples and clear explanations. I encourage students to ask questions and think independently, which helps them build confidence and deeper understanding. I also provide continuous guidance and feedback to ensure steady progress.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading about economic trends and real-world developments. This helps me keep my lessons updated and relevant. Teaching economics is meaningful to me because I get to help students understand important concepts that affect everyday life. Seeing them grow in confidence and understanding is something I truly enjoy.

Economics becomes easier when students understand how it connects to everyday life rather than seeing it as just theory. In my lessons, I explain topics such as demand and supply, markets, economic systems, and decision-making using simple and clear language. I break down each concept into smaller parts so students can follow without confusion. I also use real-life examples like pricing, business decisions, and daily spending to make learning meaningful. Each session is calm and supportive, helping students build confidence step by step.
As students improve, lessons become more focused on application and deeper understanding. Beginners start with basic concepts and simple explanations. Intermediate learners work on graphs, analysis, and problem solving. Advanced learners focus on detailed concepts, exam preparation, and writing structured answers. I provide regular practice, revision, and feedback to help students improve steadily and gain confidence in the subject.
Economics also helps students develop logical thinking and decision-making skills. As they learn more, they begin to understand how choices affect individuals and society. They become more aware of real-world situations and develop a better understanding of how economies function. My goal is to make economics simple, interesting, and practical so students feel confident in learning and applying it.
