I am a fitness teacher, I try to make my lessons effective, motivating, pleasant and always accessible to the level of the students, both to keep fit and to regain physical shape. Observing and listening to their needs is essential in the construction of each lesson.

My lessons take place in the classic way of a fitness lesson (warm-up - central part - stretching), to which is added, especially in the first lessons, the listening phase and analysis of the students' needs. Each exercise, both in muscle toning lessons and in those with choreaographic elements, is explained in detail to ensure that it is performed correctly, so as to prevent problems and obtain the benefits of correct movement.
