I have been lecturing in at least four Technical Higher Institute of Learning in Southern African with 100 % pass rate in subjects like Electronics, Mathematics, IT and Data communication. I do an oral presentation of information, and give follow note and links for references. I encourage a discussion which involves two-way communication between participants. I use a lot of illustrations,sketches and drawing bring home the knowledge to my students. Exercise and tests to follow-up on the topics as walk through syllabus.
