About Tin
I am a motivated ESL tutor with 12 years of experience teaching high school and college students. I am passionate about helping students reach their full potential in English. I have worked with around 150 to 200 students, which has helped me understand different learning styles.
I focus on clear explanations and practical learning so students can use English confidently. A key milestone in my career has been helping students move from basic understanding to fluent communication.
Many of my students have improved their academic results and confidence. My teaching style is friendly, supportive, and interactive. I encourage regular practice and active participation. I am committed to helping every student succeed.

I use an interactive and practical ESL teaching approach that focuses on real-world communication. I include real-life examples and case studies to help students understand how English is used in different situations. This makes lessons meaningful and easy to understand.
I motivate students by creating a supportive and encouraging environment where they feel confident to express themselves. I include problem-solving activities such as role-plays, discussions, and real-life tasks to improve fluency and confidence.
I teach with integrity by giving honest feedback and guiding students patiently. I also maintain flexibility by adjusting lessons according to each student’s learning needs and pace. Along with ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
