About Anna
I have over 5 years of experience as a yoga teacher and practising for nearly 10 years.
When I started my journey with yoga, I almost immediately felt the impact it had on my life. It helped me soothe my anxiety, boosted my self-esteem and changed how I felt about my body. After practising for a few years, I decided to travel to India to get my yoga teacher training.
During my first 200h yoga teacher training in an ashram in the South of India, I experienced the effects of yoga on all the levels of my being. I experienced it as a deep connection with my body, a state of presence, serenity, wholeness, pure bliss and love..
Since my training, I have been committed to deepening my experience of yoga while sharing it with others to enjoy the benefits of this ancient practice, to use it as a gateway to connect with the deeper parts of ourselves.
I have training in : Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Hormone Yoga Therapy, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Well Woman Yoga Therapy. I am a also a certified Wellbeing Coach and a Menstrual Cycle Coach and Facilitator.
I love singing mantras and I have been playing them on my ukulele.
My classes are a blend of traditional teachings of yoga with somatics and embodiment practices.

Through Embodied Yoga classes I help you strengthen your connection with yourself increasing your ability to experience yourself from within.
I offer you a supportive guidance on various aspects of yoga including:
- pranayama (breathing techniques)
- asana (physical yoga poses)
- meditation
- relaxation
- yoga philosophy for daily life

My approach is supportive, trauma-informed and adapted to your specific needs. We go at your pace focusing on the areas that you want to develop / focus on.
I am a qualified yoga teacher with over 750 hours of training. I also have training in menstrual cycle coaching and somatics.
All levels are welcome.

Her relaxation sessions were so powerful that I even drifted off to sleep during class more than once!

Anna embodies her teaching. For me I enjoy the classes every time as I find her very accommodating and gentle when explaining stuff to me. I also like how she includes lots of gaps in between exercises to allow the effects to sink in. Balance is the key and that's how I'd describe doing yoga with her.
