About Tolga Can
I am a senior student of Department of English-German at Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Translation and I am also studying Formation at DEU Faculty of Education. I have had many teaching experiences to date. I think the most important part of my education is my own learning process. Because, besides my school, I have acquired the most successful learning processes by taking lessons, following online courses and finding the most qualified resources. I believe that this process adds to me the ability to analyze and apply them in my teaching and to be a guide in this process.

I think that the most important element is that the language system of the language is almost completely regulated and consistent. Since most of our teachers are progressing by memorizing instead of understanding the system, the language understanding they try to build is unfortunately not transferred to students. First of all, it is very important in terms of determining the target of the student and revealing the skills as the most need in this process. This is followed by the use of the most intelligent sources for the target. The source is lacking a great element, unless it is appropriate for the teacher's wise methods. TL; DR Most importantly, I am trying to understand the student. I'm trying to find the best, smart auxiliary resources they have. I try to use all the tools that will make the work easier and complete, songs, phone applications, websites, videos and readings.
