About Daniel
I am a psychologist and passionate about language learning since childhood. I have lived in some countries, learned 5 languages to date and, also from psychology, developed a teaching methodology based on human predisposition to language learning. Language learning does not have to last 5, 6 or even 7 years, as some people think. You can learn a new language in a much shorter time. A child, for example, learns the first words of his mother tongue at a few months old. At the age of 2, most children already have a very rich vocabulary and can express themselves satisfactorily. Despite the biological differences between child and adult, the comparison serves to think that the 'organic' method by which we learn our first language is extremely efficient and well known. For this reason, it becomes simpler and easier to learn a second, third and more languages seeking to replicate the logic of such learning. In more specific terms, the methodology essentially deepens the components of comprehension and expression in the language, with grammar supporting the developing knowledge. The focus is not on rules and concepts, but on the ability to understand and deliver comprehensible content from a systematized order of vocabulary and language expressions, which are progressively constructed. New words, phrases and phrases are added regularly, always resuming previously studied ones. In this way, content already learned can be more easily retained, solidifying understanding and facilitating spontaneous expression, without the need for "mental translation".
