About Rain
My name is Rain. I have been a mover almost all my life. I believe in mindful movement and how important it is for one to have a consistent and efficient practice. I have been teaching students both privately and in groups, both in-person and online.

I guide students through the deeper layers of yoga (meditation, breathwork, and living the wisdom of the Yoga Sutras). For teachers who’ve finished YTT but feel lost or unsure, I help refine your teaching, reconnect you with your voice, and even support you in the business side of yoga so you can thrive, not just survive, in this path. For almost 10 years, I’ve been doing a little bit of everything, namely teaching yoga, training teachers, leading corporate wellness events, and running the behind-the-scenes of it all: content creation, social media, and the business side of a studio.
