About Suna
I am an experienced ESOL Tutor and have previously worked at both schools and Colleges in the UK and abroad.
I am passionate about teaching especially on a one-to-one level. I encourage the student to correct his/her mistakes.
As a teacher, I show empathy towards my learner. I love learning myself and enjoy learning second languages myself.

Highly qualified Tutor (who is ESOL qualified) from both Durham and Manchester universities.
Has had over 20 years' experience in teaching English as a Second Language to students at Newcastle College, UK.
Has delivered lessons from beginner’s level to advanced level in both receptive and productive skills (listening, speaking, as well as reading and writing). I love teaching and get lots of pleasure when my student makes notable improvement. I enjoy passing this enthusiasm onto my student (being a second language learner myself. So I know what it is like (second languages are Arabic and French). I aim for my student to be able to read fluently, write effectively, punctuate and spell accurately as well as acquire and apply a wide range of vocabulary in their writing.
My aim is to be supportive, be patient and always give encouragement. I try to motivate my student to help him/her acquire a good knowledge and comprehension of grammatical terminology, and linguistic conventions of reading, writing and spoken language.
