Meet Your Instructor: Arima Hello! I’m Arima, an M.Sc. Yoga final-year student with a unique background as a B.Pharm graduate who has worked in a hospital setting. I aim to share knowledge that is both scientifically sound and practically effective. My goal is to teach you evidence-based yoga that is not just theoretical, but truly supports your physical and mental well-being. My expertise is backed by national-level experience (All India Inter-University Yogasana certificate) and years of hands-on teaching in community camps. This ensures my sessions focus on proper alignment, technique, and safety, so your practice is always effective and injury-free. I’m here to provide supportive guidance, helping you achieve a mentally lighter, balanced life, while improving your posture, stability, and overall body alignment

Before Your Online Session: Quick Prep List
To ensure you get the most out of our session focused on alignment and emotional balance, please prepare the following before we begin:
1. Find Your Space: Dedicate a quiet, uncluttered area where you can lay out your mat and move freely without bumping into furniture.
2. Check Your Tech: Position your camera (phone, tablet, or laptop) so I can clearly see you from head to toe when standing and also when you are seated or lying down. Please ensure your internet connection is stable.
3. Gather Props (Optional but Helpful): Have a mat ready, and if you have them, please bring a yoga strap (or a belt/scarf) and a block (or a thick, firm book/cushion). These help greatly with precise alignment correction.
4. Dress Comfortably: Wear clothing that allows you full range of motion.
5. Hydration & Timing: Avoid eating heavily at least one hour before class. Keep water nearby, and be ready to log in 5 minutes before our scheduled start time so we can check the camera view and begin promptly!
Taking these simple steps helps us dedicate all our time to your practice and proper technique!
