About Nandinee
I am a fitness enthusiast and also a nutritionist. Here I'll be sharing my knowledge with you. How to lead a mindful, healthy lifestyle, which is quite important in today's time as one has to sit for hours in front of a screen and moving much is not in the habits anymore. So I want to spread awareness of a healthy lifestyle which includes workouts, healthy diets and mindful living.

Yoga and Pilates both are my styles. We will include HIIT, strength training in our workouts.
My techniques not only depend on Yoga and Pilates, but on the fusion workouts. One day you'll be doing yoga with nothing but weights and the other day just with your body weight. So my aim is to not only work on your issue but while resolving your problem I want you to stay healthy and in good shape. There's no age restriction on who should do Pilate, Yoga or Dumbbells workout, anybody, at any age can participate in any workout.
