About Melissa
Hello! I'm Melissa, an English teacher with extensive experience teaching students from different countries and at different levels. I'm passionate about helping everyone achieve their language goals, whether it's gaining speaking fluency, improving pronunciation, or feeling more confident in an academic or professional setting.
Over the years, I've worked with teenagers, university students, and adults, tailoring my classes to their specific interests and needs. My approach is communicative, dynamic, and student-centered: I believe that learning a language should be a practical, enjoyable, and motivating experience.
I am a committed, patient, and organized teacher. I strive to create a positive environment where each student feels comfortable expressing themselves and progressing at their own pace. My goal is for my students to not only learn English, but to enjoy the process and see real results.

My classes are 100% personalized according to each student's level, goals, and personality. I begin each course with a brief assessment of each student's level and objectives (fluency, pronunciation, grammar, English for work, interviews, travel, etc.) to create a tailored study plan.
During the sessions, I combine guided conversation, useful vocabulary, and real-time corrections to help students gain speaking confidence. I use authentic materials (articles, videos, audio clips, and role-playing games) that make each class dynamic, practical, and motivating.
I focus on helping students think and express themselves in English from the very beginning, patiently correcting mistakes and providing clear explanations. I also include natural listening and speaking exercises, using modern expressions and real language used in work and everyday contexts.
My classes are aimed at young people and adults from beginner to advanced level (A1–C2) who want to improve their general, professional or academic English.
