About Ioanna
I completed the LPC/MSC program at The University of Law in 2020-2021 with a Distinction grade of 80%. I elected the following electives: Insurance Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Commercial Dispute Resolution. Moreover, I conducted a comprehensive case study on Distributed Ledger Technology and its application to the corporate world through Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs).
Moreover, I completed a Master of Laws (LLM) in Business Law at UCLA from August 2019 to May 2020 with GPA of 3.947.I received the Masin Family Academic Silver Excellence Award for exceptional performance in the module of Federal Income Taxation.I achieved a ranking of 11th out of 212 LLM students, showcasing strong academic performance and dedication to my studies during your program at UCLA.
Furthermore, I pursued my LLB at the University of Warwick where I graduated with 2:1.
