My name is Matt and I am an experienced financial and investment professional offering personalized, comprehensive lessons in business and finance. My professional experience spans investment banking, private equity, corporate development, law, shareholder activism, and hedge funds. Currently, I am an analyst at a hedge fund, where I perform research on public companies, analyze financial statements, and evaluate industries and company strategy. I am passionate about teaching business and will ensure that you develop a solid foundational understanding of the material and an appreciation for the topics we cover.
