About Yina
I am fluent in Chinese mandarin and English, and am especially good at socializing with people due to my working experience and studying in the United States for years.
After gaining my Mater's degree in Teaching English as a Second Language in New York, I started to work in a local school there for a year and have gained some advanced education views. In 2017, I went back China and started to work in one of the most promising oral English training school in China, specializing in teaching English speaking and listening to college students.
Currently I am settling in Australia and seeking for a long tern career path over English teaching.

I base my lessons on the following techniques:
1. Standard pronunciation, essential pronunciation rules, and authentic intonation. The technique I use is to learn English as a native language, so correcting students' bad pronunciation habits by teaching them the pronunciation rules and standard phonetics such as linked sounds and vowels comes to the first step;
2. A relaxing and cheerful classroom atmosphere is essential. I always understand the struggles of learning a second language, so I do my best to make the lesson more fun. Each student can be engaged very well with the fun activities.
3. Cultural comprehension is inserted in my lesson because I believe that behind any language there is the culture that students need to comprehend.
4. Building a great friendship with my students is something I am always proud of myself and passionate about, as teaching and learning is also tightly related to some minds and ideas exchange.
