About Muhammad Iqbal
I am an experienced academic and finance professional with over 17 years of experience in higher education, teaching, research, and financial management. I have taught undergraduate and postgraduate students in accounting, finance, marketing, financial management, and business administration, and I hold a PhD in Business Administration while currently completing an M.Sc. in International Accounting and Finance at Dublin Business School.
I want to teach because I enjoy helping students understand complex concepts and, more importantly, showing them how academic knowledge can be applied to real-world business and financial situations. My teaching approach combines practical examples, student engagement, critical thinking, and industry experience to create an interactive and supportive learning environment.
My goal is not only to help students achieve strong academic results, but also to develop their confidence, analytical skills, and professional capabilities so they are well prepared for their future careers. I am passionate about supporting students throughout their learning journey and contributing to their academic and professional development.

My teaching approach is student-centred. I encourage students to participate actively rather than simply listen to lectures. I combine theoretical concepts with practical examples, real company financial statements, case studies, classroom discussions, and problem-solving exercises. I also use technology such as PowerPoint and online quizzes to make learning engaging.
