About Megan

I am an A-Level Psychology teacher with a First-Class BSc in Psychology, PGCE, and QTS, and three years of postgraduate teaching experience in secondary education.

I am passionate about supporting students to achieve academic success while also developing the skills needed beyond the classroom. I believe education should build confidence, critical thinking, and personal growth, not just exam results.

My approach focuses on helping students understand their strengths, overcome barriers, and develop confidence in their ability to succeed, both academically and personally.

About the lesson

With nearly three years of classroom teaching experience, including over a year teaching AQA Psychology, I provide engaging, adaptable lessons tailored to each student.

As a Psychology teacher and tutor, I support students in building confidence, mastering key concepts, and improving exam performance.

My lessons are flexible and student-focused, creating a supportive environment where learners feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and fully understand the material.

Teaching Approach:
- Flexible & student-focused: Lessons adapt to each student’s learning style.
- Balanced structure: Teacher explanations, student activities, and exam practice reinforce understanding.
- Exam technique mastery: We break down past paper questions, practise structured responses, and develop evaluation skills.
