About Mireylle

Hello, it's a pleasure to meet you. I'm Mireyli, and I'm 30 years old. I have five years of experience teaching in both Spanish and English. My patient and holistic approach is suitable for beginner and intermediate students seeking a mindful and effective yoga practice. I have taught yoga in many countries, including Germany, Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala, Peru, and now Cape Town.

About the lesson

We'll begin with breathing exercises and meditation while I chant mantras. Then we'll warm up the body for the personalized class and proceed with the postures, always seeking small challenges to motivate us and awaken our curiosity. Afterward, we'll move on to stretches to integrate all the work done, relax, enter savasana and end the class chanting OM with a Tibetan singing bowl to raise the energy of the session. Each session promotes emotional release, mental clarity, and renewed energy, helping you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to yourself after each practice.
