Teaching Approach
I adopt a student-centered approach, recognizing that each student learns at their own pace. My lessons are interactive, supportive, and easy to follow, helping students feel comfortable and confident while learning. I use hands-on activities, colorful worksheets, and interactive tools to keep lessons engaging. I also integrate 3M skills (membaca, menulis, mengira) to strengthen students’ basic foundations. For English, I focus on phonics, reading, writing, and speaking, especially for learners who need step-by-step guidance.
Lesson Structure
Lessons typically last 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the student’s needs. Each lesson includes a warm-up, guided learning, hands-on practice, and review to reinforce understanding.
Qualifications & Experience
I am a TESL degree holder teacher from Institut Pendidikan Guru (IPG) with CEFR C1 proficiency in English. I have experience teaching students of different levels, including mixed and low-proficiency learners, helping them improve their basic skills and confidence.
Goal
My goal is to help students not only complete their work, but also develop a clear understanding and confidence in their learning.
