About Andrew

I have been training around 6 years in Brazilian jiu jitsu, boxing, and wrestling. My goal is to teach beginners the basics and techniques that work well for self defense and competition! My focus is NO GI jiu jitsu. I am a Renzo Gracie Purple Belt.

I got started teaching by helping my brothers and my girlfriends learn jiu jitsu.

I have trained in martial arts for the last 6 years and would love to help new comers!

About the lesson

Understand the new students goals and level of skill set

develop a program/game plan for training strategy

learn fundamental takedowns, positions, and submissions for success

Mostly white belts and blue belt students.

If you are looking to learn the basics quickly and get some good practice in, I can be a great help!
