About Michael
We teach a martial art that is not only practical but also very safe for the body. Our classes focus on self defense, personal development and optimum health not combat sport competition.
I love empowering the people in my community by teaching them how to protect themselves, how to increase focus and develop a winning character.
We have two master level instructors as well as a deputy master. We have both female and male instructors. All instructors are certified in rank and as instructors by Choi Kwang Do Martial Art International and/or Universal Martial Art.
