Getting the opportunity to meet new people and help them overcome challenges they face in life. Also, its SO rewarding to see a youngster in our Karate class get better grades and have the aspiration to acheive more in his dialy life.

I am a 3° Black Belt in Taekwondo, with training in combatives defense, and basic grappling. I am also a certified master life coach with over 20 years experience teaching and working with people professionally.

In private lessons We do a thee point evaluation and assessment  of the students physical ability, mental readiness, and current skill level. Then we adjust the program to meet their specific needs and goals. 



I've worked with men and women, private lessons with families, special needs, seniors and children and teens. I'm a Highly trained and highly motivational instructor.



Make sure they own a gym, I wouldn't recommend a person teaching out of his van down by the river! Kidding aside, get to know them. Almost every instructor I know offers a free trial. Do it. And then trust your instincts.

Details

Our private lessons are $99 an hour at our facility. If we come to you we would have to adjust for travel time and expenses. Our groups classes start at $125 monthly.
