I was bullied as a child growing up, and wanted to learn how to deal with it. Training in the martial arts was a way to build my confidence and skills to be able to protect myself.
Master Vince Sperduto, 7th Dan teaches a system that is compiled from his learning from 3 Korean Grandmasters. The traditional martial arts training has been enhanced with real-world self-defense techniques that provide a comprehensive education for our students.

Each student progresses at their own pace. We begin with the basics - proper stance, basic blocks, etc. Each level builds on the prior one, providing a system that allows a logical progression in proficiency. Our comprehensive system is the culmination of the teachings of 3 Korean Grandmasters, and the curriculum is very structured.
All ages and skill levels including those with various types of mental and physical impairments.
Look beyond the rank of your instructor, and learn how they teach to ensure their style of teaching is something you are comfortable with.
