About Mikhail

I have been training for about 35 years and have run a full time school for 25 years. I am detail oriented, teach with traditional values, with modern concepts and in a progressive manner. If desired, I teach with a video program called coaches eye, which will give immediate feedback they can see immediately. I specialize children, self defense and Korean style weapons. I use positive reinforcement n training. Everything I teach is with safety and a holistic approach. I help students improve physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally.

I love working with students and really enjoy seeing their improvements! It is very rewarding helping them achieve their goals.

I first started teaching and learning how to teach in my Instructors school when I was a blue belt in Texas City, Texas. I didn't know I wanted to teach but, my teacher encouraged me to get more involved and set some goals for me. I had no idea it would lead me on this path.

Typically I like to meet with the student and learn more about their interests and needs.

I have worked with students if all ages and all walks of life. My youngest student was 2 1/2 years old and my oldest students are in their 80's. I have had students that were blind, hearing impaired and also students with other physical & mental disorders. I have run summer camps and an after school program for about 21 years. I developed highly successful programs for children ages 3 to 5 years old and special need students.

Try a class out and meet the instructor.

The most recent events would be my children's successes and I am very proud of the senior citizens students I teach.
