About Dharshini

Hello, my name is Dharshini Muthusammy. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with Psychology and have professional experience in the banking industry, where I developed strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.

Alongside my professional career, I have been tutoring for several years, which has given me valuable experience in working with students and adapting my teaching approach to suit different learning styles and needs. My academic background in Communication and Psychology has also helped me understand how individuals learn, communicate, and build confidence.

During my university years, I was actively involved in student counselling, career briefings, and volunteering at an after-school programme for children with disabilities. Working with children was one of the most rewarding experiences for me and strengthened my passion for education.

I believe that effective teaching requires patience, dedication, empathy, and commitment. My goal is to create a comfortable and supportive learning environment where students feel confident to communicate, ask questions, and improve their English skills at their own pace.

With my combination of professional banking experience, academic background, and tutoring experience, I hope to make every lesson practical, engaging, and meaningful for my students.
