About Annabelle
Experienced 250 hour registered and insured Vinyasa yoga instructor, certified by Dr. Paul Jerard of the Aura Wellness Center in Massachusetts. Given a high honor stamp and an additional 50 hours of credit for exceeding the expectations of the course. I am a strong advocate of this practice, first handedly experiencing it's physical, mental and spiritual healing benefits. In turn, helping my husband overcome his lower back sciatic and shoulder rotator cuff pain. Because of this, Yoga and meditation have been an integral part of my life, consistently, for up 5 years. Our innovative practices include a heart opening meditation practice, fun posture flow, education on Sanskrit names and pranayama breath control practices; all while bringing peace of mind, and a fit body!
I enjoy all the powerful emotional stories or inspirational speeches from my clients who thought they could never accomplish the results my practices provide. Knowing Im doing something so special for someone elses life is what I enjoy most.
250 hour certified instructor for vinyasa hatha yoga, meditation, pranayama and all lessons that coincide to complete this certification, like anatomy and sanskrit.

I will get to know each student to learn about their lifestyle , goals, and hobbies to customize a plan and practice that will be enjoyable to them, so as to motivate them to stay on track. This includes beverage preferences, using specific postures and guided meditations with different crystals for different obstacles in their lives. I would instill fast results to prove the effectiveness of my practices.
