About Julie
I enjoy the work I do specifically because in so many ways yoga saved me. Both my physical body and my spiritual soul within. Yoga means "union" - finding that union with your body and soul is life changing and I want to allow my students to experience that as deeply as I do everytime I'm on my mat.
I have been practicing for 5-6 years and always knew I would become a teacher. I gathered up the courage to do something "big" for myself and became a teacher.
I recieved my 200 hour certification with Corepower Yoga back in 2018

Typically working with a newer student I would first find out why or how long they have been practicing yoga. It is very important to get to know you students mind set before you work with them. From there i would teach a pretty traditional slow yoga flow to them. During our first session I would have the physical ability to see their style/strengths. I would take what I observed and collaborate that with their personal "yoga goals".
All types!
Make sure you find someone who inspires you to be yourself- both on and off your mat. Yoga is noy just a workout, its a lifestyle.
