About Lauren
My goal is to make yoga more accessible (and fun) for everyone! I’ve received my 200 HR RYT from Breathe for Change as of last year and have been working hard to bring yoga to my community.
I can provide special occasion classes in person, (bridal showers, birthdays, reunions, etc) or online flows so that you can practice in the comfort of your home! I guide my flows based on WHATEVER you’d like to work with! Want a 60min flow to enduce happiness? Want a 30min yin class to help tension in your stomach? Want a 75min Flow to increase creativity? I got you! This is yoga designed for YOU in a no stress no judgment environment.

I love to get to know a student and meet them where they’re at: what is their yoga journey, what do they love about yoga, what are their yoga struggles, what is their intention for this practice, and do they have any health concerns that could impact a practice? Together we collaborate from there to design the best flow for you!

Details
For in person classes: $20 per person, for a 60min class. Will design unique flow and playlist to fit your needs. You provide: the space, your own yoga mat, your presence
For online yoga videos:
$10 for a 15min flow
$15 for a 20min flow
$20 for a 30min flow
$30 for a 45min flow
$50 for a 60min flow
$60 for a 75min flow
