About Tonisha
I invite all people to show up authentically on and off the mat. I am intentional about creating a safe, inviting, and inclusive space; lifting up the belief that Yoga, wellness and healing is available to all. I connect mind, body, breath and spirit into my Yoga practice and instruction by including meditation, pranayama/breathing exercises, intention setting, affirmations, Chakra balancing and movement.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker/Therapist, I complete my 200hr yoga teacher training in December 2020. I am certified in Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Reiki l and Reiki ll. I teach yoga in virtual spaces and remote locations.

I introduced myself and then I get to know them by asking about their yoga experience, any concerns about their body and/or physical abilities. I make it a priority to make them feel noticed, comfortable, included and safe.
