About Tabatha

I bring years of experience as well as all the equipment necessary for a fantastic yoga lesson. I use Manduka brand yoga mats & also provide blocks, straps, and bolsters.

Helping people to feel better! I am super passionate about yoga and it’s benefits both inside and outside the body.

About the lesson

Yoga lessons offered by Tabatha are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Buffalo Grove. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
