About Anna
Hello, beautiful Souls.
My name is Anna, I teach Yoga and Meditation, building my lessons based on my personal practice and need of my students.
Please, text me with your questions and I’ll be glad to guide you through the wonderful 1-1,5 hour yoga journey. My classes are great for beginners and intermediate level yogis.

Feeling the need to help people (Women, especially) to make their lives easier. To show how wonderfully beautiful and gracious a Woman is when she is content, relaxed, loves herself and the World around smiles back at her inner world.
I have 2 kids myself and know how not easy that is to be a Woman in the real world, when you are off of yoga mat. However, happiness is closer than we think, because it is in us.
I’ll help you find the inner miraculous girl. ;)
p.s. i work with men too, mostly concentrating on building and then stretching the muscles.
