About Marni
I offer Individualized Attention within a group. While teaching to a large group I'm able to see the unique people in the room and able to serve you on an individual level while giving an overall inspiring class for everyone.
There's nothing like a great hands on adjustment. While a picture is worth a thousand words many of us are kinesthetic learners. Having a pose assisted is one of the most nurturing ways to learn. Excellent hands on enhancements keep an asana safe and will assist you going deeper into the asana.
I offer One on One Private Lessons....
Each class is comprised of therapeutic, healing sequencing with helpful hands on adjustments.

I love yoga but because it heals people on every level. The world HEAL means TO MAKE WHOLE AGAIN.
When we are whole, there's nothing missing. The magic of the yoga practice is that if we practice it all comes together....body, mind and spirit. Instead of feeling like you're falling apart at the seems the practice yokes us back together! Your body feels stronger and more supple, your mind and emotions more balanced and by just being and breathing you access the deepest spirit within you. I hope you'll join me!
I am an ADVANCED CERTIFIED JIVAMUKTI YOGA TEACHER CERTIFIED IN 1997 and an ANUSARA INSPIRED YOGA TEACHER.
I have studied THOUSANDS OF HOURS and while according to Yoga Alliance I can only be designated as a 500 ERYT ( expereienced registered yoga teacher at 500 hour level...I'm at the 5,000 level!) LOL!
