About Caroline
Hi, I’m Caroline — a holistic wellness and lifestyle consultant with over 30 years of experience in coaching, culinary arts, organizational development, and human-centered transformation. I help individuals reconnect to their bodies, reduce overwhelm, and create sustainable wellness through seasonal nourishment, grounding rituals, supportive movement, and practical lifestyle design.
My background blends integrative nutrition training, culinary expertise, yoga teaching, health and wellness coaching, and decades of professional leadership and education experience. I also bring lifelong experience in gym-based training, cardio conditioning, and strength-focused movement, which allows me to support clients with well-rounded fitness guidance that meets them exactly where they are.
Working with me feels grounded, supportive, and empowering. I meet each client without judgment and help them build routines, habits, and mindsets that create real, lasting change. I focus on nourishment rather than restriction, and on creating a calm, steady foundation so clients can thrive in all areas of life.
