About Ashley
My style is able to be tailored to fit my student's needs.
For custom packages I offer an initial consult to discuss what the long term goals are, and from there I am able to customize classes for that student. *
(*Client would receive printed class sequences and other reading materials in addition to a pre-recorded or in person taught class)

I enjoy offering others the opportunity (and space) to breathe into more challenging feelings or postures. I also really love to see how much a person can grow through the course of a single class.
I completed my Teacher Training in April of 2019 through Cambio Studios in Colorado Springs.
I taught through a 16 week internship program, and I have been practicing personally for close to 5 years.
I believe in the integration of the complete Yogic Limb Model for a whole Practice, and try not to focus soley on the physical asana.
My classes focus on body awareness, muscle group integration, and breath control.

Determine the outcomes hoped for, brainstorm realistic avenues to acheive them, and then create a plan to accomodate the individual.
I've worked as a teacher in both one on one and group classes, and I've worked in classes with 30+ people as an adjuster.
The biggest class I've taught to date was a group of 14 with varying skill levels. We can modify as needed depending on the clients goals. That's what makes it fun!
