About Anne
I have been teaching yoga since 2002 and personal training since 2009. I have helped over 150 clients lose weight, sculpt their bodies, feel confident in their fitness and yoga, and most importantly find joy in their daily lives. I align my trainings and sessions with my clients' goals. I work with clients in personal training as well as yoga if requested. I have heated yoga as well. My versatile approach works from the inside out and has amazing results for both body and mind. It is an approach for all levels, shapes, and sizes.
I always love seeing the physical and mental changes in my clients. I offer both the benefits yoga and personal training which helps my clients in ways beyond the physical. It is inspiring to witness complete mental shifts and transformations that are life changing for my clients.
